Instant Aqua has developed two working prototype technologies that replace passive thermostatic mechanisms with motor-driven digital precision in shower mixing valves. We are not a product distributor. We are a technology company seeking the right strategic partner to bring these inventions to market.

WHAT WE ARE OFFERING
• Access to the IP and working prototypes for one or both technologies after signing a NDA.
• IP acquisition — full transfer of the technology rights.
Either technology can be licensed individually or as a combined platform. The right structure depends on the right partner.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR IN A PARTNER.
• R&D capability to develop one or both prototypes into certified, production-ready end products.
• Manufacturing infrastructure for sanitary fittings, electronic valve systems, or related components.
• Distribution networks into hospitality, healthcare, sports & leisure, or residential segments.
