INTRODUCTION
Instant Aqua has developed two patented, working prototype technologies that replace passive thermostatic mechanisms with motor-driven digital precision in shower mixing valves. We are not a product distributor. We are a technology company seeking the right strategic partner to bring these inventions to market.

WHAT WE ARE OFFERING
• Access to the IP and working prototypes for one or both technologies
• Technology licensing — royalty-based or upfront fee arrangements
• Co-development joint venture — we contribute the IP and prototype knowledge, the partner contributes R&D infrastructure, certification, manufacturing, and distribution
• IP acquisition — full transfer of the technology and patent rights
Either technology can be licensed individually or as a combined platform. The right structure depends on the right partner.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR IN A PARTNER
• R&D capability to develop one or both prototypes into certified, production-ready end products
• Manufacturing infrastructure for sanitary fittings, electronic valve systems, or related components
• Distribution networks into hospitality, healthcare, sports & leisure, or residential segments
• Regulatory expertise for CE marking, WRAS approval, and EN1111/EN1287 thermostatic standards
