INTRODUCTION
Every digital shower system on the market today requires a concealed valve body installed by a professional, structural modifications to the wall, and electrical wiring. The result is a system that is expensive to install, impractical to retrofit, and dependent on a separate controller module.
The Instant Aqua single-outlet valve takes a different approach. The entire system — motor-driven mixing valve, digital controller, touch display, and WiFi module — is contained in a single unit that connects directly to any existing mixer shower fitting.
How It Works
A three-way mixing valve is driven by high-speed micro motors that physically position the valve between the hot and cold water supplies. The motors respond to digital commands from the controller, which monitors the outlet temperature and adjusts the mix in real time. Unlike a thermostatic wax element, the motor holds the valve in exactly the right position regardless of supply pressure or temperature fluctuations.
