A New Generation of Mixing Valve Technology

              Multi-Outlet Central Mixing System

PROTOTYPE STATUS BANNER
Working prototype — mechanism fully functional. Technology is patented. Seeking strategic partner for production engineering, certification, and market launch.

INTRODUCTION
In any public or commercial shower room — a hotel spa, a gym changing room, a hospital shower block — the same problem occurs. When shower heads are switched on and off individually, the pressure balance across the system changes. Every thermostatic mixing valve on the market responds by attempting to compensate with the opposite inlet. The result is a temperature spike before the system corrects. The more outlets in the room, the worse the problem.
The Instant Aqua multi-outlet central mixing system solves this with a patented approach that no other product on the market uses.

The Patented Technology
The system is built around a linear valve architecture with flexible flow channel openings. This design ensures the valve operating range stays linear regardless of how many outlets are active, how much the supply pressure fluctuates, or how much the incoming water temperatures vary.
When a pressure drop occurs on either the hot or cold supply, the system does not attempt to compensate immediately by opening the opposite inlet. Instead:
• Step 1 — Both water supplies are equalised first
• Step 2 — Temperature is adjusted to the setpoint at a temporarily reduced flow rate
• Step 3 — When supply pressure recovers, both inlets are opened to maximum achievable flow
In both pressure states, temperature fluctuations remain within the 1-second correction window required by EN1111 and EN1287 thermostatic safety standards.

STAND-ALONE OPERATION
No Individual Electronic Controls Needed
The system requires no individual electronic activation device — no motion sensor, no solenoid valve — on each shower head or basin. The central unit automatically detects when any outlet is opened or closed, whether via a manual on/off valve or a stand-alone sensor valve, and adjusts the mix accordingly. This eliminates the per-outlet electronic hardware that makes competing systems expensive to install and maintain.

                                                                    APPLICATIONS

Hospitality
Hotel spas, pool changing rooms, wellness facilities, large guest floor shower blocks

Healthcare & Commercial
Hospital shower blocks, care home wet rooms, rehabilitation facilities, Workplace changing rooms, military, emergency services facilities

Sports & Leisure
Gym changing rooms, stadium facilities, swimming pool shower areas

PROTOTYPE NOTE
The multi-outlet central mixing system is at working prototype stage. The mechanism is fully functional. The linear valve architecture is patented. Bringing it to a certified, mass-manufacturable end product requires production engineering, regulatory certification, and manufacturing scale-up by a strategic partner.
